Purpose:

To establish a policy for the appropriate use of television.

 

Policy:

Televisions are provided at each station for use by volunteers and employees. Personnel shall heed to the following procedures:

 

Ø     Between the hours of 0900 to 1700, they are used for training purposes, to watch news and weather, etc.

Ø     Personal use during lunch break is acceptable. Personal use during non-lunch break hours should be held to an absolute minimum.

Ø     Not to be used for video games during the hours of 0800 to 1700.

Ø     Movies are prohibited between the hours of 0800 to 1700.
