Structure Fire - Nelson County

Wintergreen Fire Department was dispatched for mutual aid to assist with a possible structure fire in the Schuyler area. When crews arrived on scene they found smoke coming from the basement and first floor of the structure. They were able to get a quick knock down with extensive salvage and overhaul. Rehab was established by Rockfish Rescue unit 56. There were no injuries reported at this incident. Units on scene were Wintergreen Engine 62, Faber Fire, Lovingston Fire, and Rockfish Fire & Rescue.
