Spartan Race 2016 at Wintergreen

September 25th, 2016 - Wintergreen EMS provided ALS transport services to the participants of the Reebok Spartan Race at Wintergreen Resort.

This was a two-day event that featured some of the toughest athletes in the country. There were nearly 7,000 racers that ran the course that was as much as 8.8 miles and over 4,000 feet in elevation with 28 obstacles.

There were no serious injuries and no transports from the event.
