Ambulance 175 is looking GREAT!

December 14, 2015 - When an ambulance ends its service with Wintergreen Rescue, there are two methods of replacement.

First option is to buy a brand new truck.

The second option is a remount. In a remount, the box is removed from the original truck, and placed on a brand new chassis.

Wintergreen Rescue was able to remount Ambulance 175. With the return of 175 we see new features  that haven't yet been used before on our trucks. One of these features is the change of a bench side seat in the rear, to a full harness captains chair. New codes and regualtions require this, for the safety of providers when tending to patients.
