Strategic Plan 2019-2024

Wintergreen Fire & Rescue is proud to announce completion of our Strategic Plan. This document is the result of 6 months of work by a diverse group of agency and community members. The plan will be used to assist our agency with performance metrics as we continue to deliver the best possible product. Click on the document below to see the plan.

The Wintergreen Fire Department and the Wintergreen Rescue Squad are independent non-profit agencies supported by tax-deductible contributions. Wintergreen Fire & Rescue "career staff" are cross-trained professionals provided by WPOA to assist the volunteer agencies. The strategic plan is all-encompassing.
