Structure Fire - Chapel Hollow Road

Wintergreen Fire Department was dispatched for a possible structure fire with one dog still in the structure. Upon arrival crews saw smoke from all sides and fire from the rear of the structure. Utilities were secured on the 360 walk around and entry was made quickly to extinguish the fire. Fortunately, all occupants were out of the structure and the dog(s) made it out safely. Units on scene were Wintergreen Tanker 62, Response 61 & 62, Captain 65, Piney River Fire Department, Rockfish Fire Department, Lovingston Fire Department, Faber Fire Department, and Montebello Fire Department.
